Hello band,
We Just have a few things that we need y'all to take note of.
Firstly; For the design of the Band-T Please take note that the shirt would be white with a collar. Deadline : Thursday during band practise.
Secondly; there may be a new system for temperature taking that will start on Wednesday, as we feel that it takes too long to record your temperatures during fall in. Instead, a table would be printed out and given to each section so that you can record your temperatures on it.
Thirdly; For All Committee Members :
You are to print out your roles along with a description of your responsibility and what you are supposed to do (something like the proposals), it can be done on coloured paper, or any other A4 sized paper, it can also be decorated as we are going to display it . Each committee group can either come up with one combined with your assistants or, have it done separately. Deadline by Thursday.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask Blossom, Jasmine or Christine.
Lastly; involving clean up. :
1. The area near the percussion's and the Librarian cupboards is getting too messy, Percussion's or/and Librarians, please dispose of any of the unwanted materials and clean up that area, you can this during SI.
2. There are things on top of the piano, if no one is to claim them by the end of next week, it will all be thrown away, so please check if you have left anything there.
3. The top of the Clarinet shelf is also getting too disorganised/messy. Please also clear all your irrelevant things there or it will also be thrown away.
4. The horns area, could the horns please align your horns in an orderly manner, and, we can also bring a large cloth so that your instuments can be put more towards the back.
5. The service room, should not have any bags left on the floor as they take up space and make it difficult when people are moving in and out of the room.
