Hello band!
So here are the Up coming important dates that y'all will need to take note of.
- 20th September 2009 ( wedding performance )
This is for the Ensemble members only (Including Reserves). The scores are to be memorised. The concert would be at the botanic gardens and would last from 4pm to 6pm. From 6pm to 7pm, you can stay to watch the rest of the concert items, or you can also go home.
Details about transport and meals would be given at a later date.
Practise days are on Friday, 2.00 till 4.00. And on SI days. (Those who are not in ensemble are encouraged to come for SI too!)
- 27th September 2009 ( Mass Performance )This is for 10 selected players, to play in Saint Theresa’s church for mass, songs and additional details would be confirmed soon.
Songs are: Amen and Acclamation
Members: Charmaine & Maisie [Trombones]; Joy [Tuba]; Alexis & Patricia [F. Horn] and, Rachel & Silea [Trumpets]
- 4th October 2009 ( Funfair performance)This involves the Full Band (and recruits), as we will be playing the repertoire songs at Saint Theresa’s church, it would last for about 1 and a half hour. Transport would be provided.
